This is what the message means to her:

 

This verse was a real game changer for me, and continues to be a verse I find strength in daily. Fear can leave us feeling crippled so often, but 2 Timothy 1:7 put things right back into perspective. It has taught me that the fear which we so often wallow in, is not of God and that we can boldly reject it in Jesus’ name. More than the fact that fear is not given by Him, He gives us the Spirit- of power, of love and of a sound mind. Friend, you are equipped for every good work. Cling to the Word and His faithfulness, and take courage!
