We are committed to getting your beautiful items to you as quickly as possible. However delivery time is based largely on courier (Singapore & Your Respective Country) and clearance of customs. Delivery time is an average estimation as we are not in control of the speed of courier once it is dispatched.

Engraving of orders will take at least 2 working days.

All orders normally sent out within 3 working days after engraving.

Registered Mail (In Singapore Only, by SingPost):
If no one is available to receive during mailing, postman will put the parcel into your postbox. If parcel is too big to fit into postbox, postman will usually leave a note for you to arrange another delivery time or to pick up from your nearest post office.

Registered Mail (In Singapore Only, by NinjaVan):
You will receive a message, to the shipping contact provided, when a delivery attempt is being made. If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will contact you for further instructions. Parcels with 3 failed attempts will be returned to J & Co Foundry.


We want you to love your J & Co Foundry jewelry and understand that sometimes you might change your mind. That’s why we offer a 7-day exchange policy.

If you change your mind after placing your order, you are entitled to exchange with items of same value. No refund will be given if item of lesser value is chosen and balance to be paid for item of higher value. All exchange items must be unopened in their original wrappings with original invoice.

Exchange is applicable in-store during our operating hours. Otherwise, customers will bare the full cost for re-delivery of exchange items.

Please note that we do not accept refund or exchange custom orders.


In the unexpected event of receiving a faulty item(s) within 14 days of delivery, please contact us by email at Kindly return the item to us and we will arrange a replacement, a store credit or a refund for the item(s), and cover associated freight costs.


All packages sent out by us includes a return address on the other side of the parcel. In the case a package is returned to us, we will contact you via email if we receive a bounced package addressed to you.

Based on the request for a re-delivery, customers will bear the full costs of the re-delivery unless it is an error on our part.

Based on the request for a refund, customers will be refunded based on the order excluding the shipping cost.

Please note that refund is not applicable for custom orders, and are only available for re-delivery.
