Isaiah 49:14-16 gives a visual imagery of the kind of everlasting love we have in God in an imperfect world. Each of our names are engraved on the palms of His hands. He never forgets about our existence. He never stops loving us. He never deserts us. And He never forsakes us.

I grew up thinking I had to cope on my own and fix things without burdening others. But along the way, He reveals that He is right there with me in both the good and bad. He will not leave me alone in the battle. And no matter how hard things get, I can trust Him because He never walks away..
