Grow in Grace

By God's grace, we were saved - a blessing we didn't deserve yet was lavished upon on us anyway. Has the thought of this ever marveled you? It sure has for me. I mean, I already struggle to extend grace to people around me for seemingly inconsequential things!

In 2 Peter 3:18, we are told to

"grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ".

This means growing in our understanding of Jesus and in appreciation of the grace that we've been given. And the only way we can do that is it we constantly seek Him through His word and prayer - there's no other way to put it!

Trust me when I say the #struggleisreal - I'm not the most avid reader and sometimes I struggle finding time to pray. But as we grow closer to Him, may people will see Jesus in our lives and that truly is something worth striving towards!
